14 Day Change of Mind Policy
Our 14 Day Change of Mind Policy offers you the time you need to make sure your purchase is perfect.
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will start the return process for you. We will organize the return shipping and postage, and, where possible, arrange for FedEx to pick the item up from you or your place of work.
Free Shipping Both Ways
We offer free return FedEx shipping on every order shipped to US, Canada, UK , Europe, Australia, and New Zealand under our 14 Day Change of Mind Policy.
However, if your original order was posted with express shipping, we are unable to refund the additional $50 charge incurred during the checkout, should you wish to return your order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within seven days after the returned purchases are received and examined by a jeweler.
Starting the Returns Process
Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form to receive the instructions on returning your item. Please include in your email the name the item was ordered under, and the reason for return.
Non-Refundable Goods:
Examples of non-returnable products include:
- Items which have been abused or modified
- Some special orders custom made to customer specifications. We will always inform you if an item cannot be returned before going ahead with your order.
- Products modified as per customer requirements
- Rings which have been ordered in sizes below US size 6 or above US size 7.5
- Express shipping fees ($50.00)
Faulty Items
We will happily replace and ship, or refund the receipted cost of any faulty piece, should the returns process be started within 14 days of delivery (including day of delivery).
